Redirect Pages being Indexed by Google Problem?

We are using Max Blog Press Ninja Affiliate for our affiliate links to Amazon.
I noticed today that the redirect pages themselves for the links we create are being indexed which means that the title of the redirect page in the google index goes direct to Amazon and not our site first, so is this a problem?
I read that this could be seen as black hat! I'm surprised these pages are indexed would have thought the plugin would put no index on them etc.
Any advice would be happily received
