How much do you pay for good articles?

I am in the middle of an article writing campaign and am curious as to how much everyone is paying for genuinely decent articles?

Its very easy to hire someone on oDesk @ $2-$4 an hour from the phillipines but generally they give you some form of garbage that you wouldnt ever want to post on your money site. They also arent always that fast/efficient in a $/article sense even when you ignore quality. I havent het been able to hire anyone from the indian subcontinent whos dialect didnt show through distinctly in the writing.

I have had some good luck with the occasional US based writer at around $7-$11 an hour, or around $10 per article

How are you all getting (decent) quality articles and how much are you spending doing so?

    try Written Articles, Link Building, and Content Management with The Content Authority there really good company that i have been using for a while now they charge a dollar for every hundred words, so a 400 word article will cost 4 dollars and another really good thing is if you don't like the article they will rewrite it until it meets your standards.

    Seems like the going rate is about a penny per word these days. There are some communities where you can find some decently written niche specific articles at a good price if you get lucky. You just gotta weed out the good from the bad.

    I pay $11 an article right now. To some that may be expensive but I see it as cheap because I know there are better article writers out there.

    A good price for an under 700 words article is at most $15 usually. There are lower and higher prices but $15 is a normal price.
