Google Adwords Disapproval "Site Policy" violations Please HELP!

I am trying to place an Adwords text ad, but it keeps getting disapproved for site policy violations.

Here is the site: Carpet Cleaning Madison Wisconsin

I have carefully read through every possible violation and I am doing nothing wrong. It's just a simple website for a local carpet cleaner.

I have a similar website at: Bend Oregon Carpet Cleaning

This site has never had a problem.

Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks

I can only guess.

No set price or even a guesstimate. No prices.

Privacy policy?

Not providing anything without requiring people to telephone.
In other words, people MUST phone for basically any all info.

Unsubstantiated claims?

In short, the page is really, "We do carpet cleaning. Call us."

The Oregon site has a coupon WITH a price without registering or phoning.
That's a big difference.

Now I'm not in anyway degrading the site. Nothing personal here.

  I used to have a coupon with a price and didn't matter. There are tons of local businesses ex. doctors, lawyers that don't quote price. Already reviewed all policies.

might be close there Paul, if you collect information from somebody you are required to have a privacy policy and also if possible place a small privacy policy below where your collecting that information.

i look at the other site and i also see no privacy policy ? what exactly is G saying ?
