Whats wrong with my website?

I woke up today and went on my website and it doesn't load the first time i have to refresh it for it to load, and it happens on every page, could someone else check it out and give me a suggestion how to fix it?

    If it's the site in your sig, it loaded the first time. Quick load, no problems here in the US.
