My question is, if I place 2 links from 1 article or anything like Squidoo Lens to the same website with different anchor texts, will Google consider both links or one of them in ranking?

    Hi Yasir,

    They will consider both anchors, but the if the links are placed on the same page and both pointing to the same page they will only recognize one link. For best results, point each link to a separate page optimized for the targeted keyword.

    They will be counted as two backlinks. But its better that you link to your home page and the page of related article in your website (If you submitted an article about one posts of your website i.e to squidoo). In this case both of them rank higher.
