Thanks, but I don't have enough time as it is!

I got the idea from the Warriors to hire section, I think they were charging around $50 for a screensaver and distribute it - Hence I am doing it myself!

You can submit your snapshot of your website,to many websites which is available for free,.it will also get you lot of back links,which helps in increasing the visibility of your website..

  I'm not using the software to submit backlinks and spam websites, I'm creating software to list on free software download sites. These sites give you a link back.

If you have any articles lying around you could make them into an ebook .exe file and submit that. You can also read and record the articles and submit the MP3 as an .exe file. The audio can also be submitted to pod cast directories.

I have did it three years before and i made screen savers and submit them to some software websites. But do you use any software for submitting them or you manually submit them to each software site?

I have been using PADBot from incansoft, which has about half it's list working, and been manually submitting to about 5 other sites.

The reason I would like other types of software is that I have seen a great result in backlinks since starting this, much better than my article submissions or profile backlinks.

Obviously this is only one part of the overall backlinking plan, but it seems to be a good one!

Been brainstorming ideas, there is the obvious list,

Recycle content
- mp3 to podcast directories
- pdf to pdf directories
- slideshows to slideshow directories
- videos from slideshows to video directories
- pdf to exe to software directories ( thanks adamv )

Some more creative ideas might be

- create wodrpress themes
- create iGoogle themes (not sure if you get a link from this?)
- Make or get made a web based software tool
