Productphoto in adsense Website?

Hello to all,

Im like it very glad to make money with adsense product sites.

But, what im not understand is, than i have productphotos in my Website. I want not hurt Copyrights or Trademarks.
Many product adsense Website have productphotos, how they make it?

So who i become photos from products then i want promote in my adsense website?
Is this only possible with amazon products,like an amazon affiliate partner?

    How about combing the both of them.. Have a adsense site with a amazon as an affiliate.
