What is the best newbie guide for basic blogger+adsense ???

Friend it bothering me to learn him to make money online. I'm laze and want to give him some short pdf guide about basics:
- niche and keyword reasearch
- setting blogger blog (not wordpress...he doesn't want to invest anything)
- setting adsense
- posting articles to blogger
- basic promotion and backlinking

I know there are million of reports like this, but can you recommend your favorite one.

    There are lots of guides and resources out there. I know we have a "Quick Start" guide but the best tips is to get started.

    To try something as most people fail because they never get started!
