I have been using Adwords for about 5 years. I was adslapped once for "inadaquite destination URL" I had made my own index page, and linked everything to my catalog which has a different name. Not trying to mislead but my catalog company uses a boring index page and I wanted more control. Can I host my index page at (123.com) and get the domain (123.shop.com) for the catalog company to use? Do you thing Google would think this is misleading? This is a motorcycle parts website and my abc.com would promote and link to abc.shop.com.

Motorcycle Parts
Best Price Online!
123.com

(when that is clicked, destination will be 123.shop.com)
Thanks,
Chuck

Not sure if I understand the question.

Your url in the ad must match the url that the ad goes to. Then that url must
    follow all rules.

If you have abc.com. and want to promote motorcycle parts on
motorcycle.abc.com. then that url must be in your ad and be the
    destination url as well.

You can't use just abc.com in the ad and have the ad go to motorcycle.abc.com

Unless you have registered shop.com you can not get 123.shop.com, only shop.123.com (assuming you own 123.com) I'm a little unsure on what exactly you are looking to do as well but I can answer that one question. Same goes for the abc variation.
