Hi Experts,

I got the an email from Google adsense team. Here is the copy. I have several questions which I need your advices.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,

While reviewing your account, we noticed that you are currently displaying
Google ads in a manner that is not compliant with our policies. For
instance, we found violations of AdSense policies on pages such as
[A website]. Please note that this URL is an example and
that the same violations may exist on other pages of your website.

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads
in any way. For instance, publishers may not format neighboring content to
look similar to the ads, or make ads look like games or forum posts.

Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads
in any way. In order to maintain a good user experience, it is important
for publishers to clearly distinguish Google ads from site content.

Please make any necessary changes to your webpages in the next 72 hours.
We also suggest that you take the time to review our program policies
[Google Adsense policies link]
to ensure that all of your other pages are in compliance.

Once you update your site, we will automatically detect the changes and ad
serving will not be affected. If you choose not to make the changes to
your account within the next three days, your account will remain active
but you will no longer be able to display ads on the site. Please note,
however, that we may disable your account if further violations are found
in the future.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

The Google AdSense Team

1. Adsense team didn't mentioned what should I change to the my website [A website] to make it compliant with Adsense Policies. What should I do?

2. Adsense team mentioned only the pages on [A website]. However I have another website which is similar to the first website in term of displaying ads layout, (different content). Do I need to take care that website also? Because if the question 1 couldn't answer, therefore I don't know what to do with the second website.
3. Adsense team mentioned that: "Publishers may not implement Google ads in a manner that disguises the ads
in any way. In order to maintain a good user experience, it is important
for publishers to clearly distinguish Google ads from site content." Is this the main reason Adsense team sent me a warning email or just "for example".
If anyone has been experienced this situation, please advice.

Thank you in advance!
Ashley

That's the main reason you got the message.

      Thanks!
So they are going to review it manually or use an automated system. How do I know that my changes are correct?

I took an investigation on my layout. Basically I know where I should change now. However there is one thing I still wonder. Is is allowed to have ads under post title? My post title is meaningful and don't lead visitors misunderstand between ads and content. Thanks!

That's not allowed, put an excerpt before the ads.

Its very clear what they are asking you to do.

Basically the ads are positioned in such a way that they may be mistaken as content.

Fix it up within 72 hours or else...

They'll generally review it manually from here. Usually when this happens you know what exactly you need to change. Just make sure that the ads are clearly ads on your site and you should be fine. If you have a lot of text that is the same exact font and color you should look into changing that up.

Thanks Mad.Hat! Are they going to review all my websites under my adsense account or just review the one mentioned in the email?

I had a similar issue but with Adwords. Instead though, they did not give me 3 days, they just said MAKE A CHANGE....then 6 hours later I got another email, and then suddenly my adwords account was suspended. All pretty much while I was sleeping.

Several emails later and I got absolutely nowhere. They pretty much said "Thanks for the concern but Google will not re-activate your account".

I was making a few sales as well which makes it even more annoying.
Bottom line is, Google are too big and don't need us bottom feeders.
