The tool that I use for my SEO work is SEO quake which can help detect no follow sites and blogs and can read site page rank. But in order to increase you ranking, you need to use effective SEO strategy like link building.

There is no best tools for building link automatically. Because these type of software use spamming tech. and you should not go through them. Use manual link building technique and build your link lightly.

As per my knowledge, there are hundreds of free Search Engine Optimization tools out there. I have selected 5 of what I think are the must robust and useful SEO tools on the web.

        - Google AdWords Keyword Tool.
        - SEO Book's Rank Checker.
        - Backlinks Watch
        - Compete
        - SEO PowerSuite.

That's pretty much the same thing I do in building quality backlinks. I don't any automated or paid link services. Instead, I focus on quality engagement online through forums, blogs and comical conversation..

As far as paid tools go there are two that have really become the standard for SEO. ScrapeBox which is a one time fee swiss-army knife. I've got a bunch of other stuff so that I don't even need ScrapeBox for SEO anymore but it does all kinds of other stuff I still use it all the time. SEnuke is a very powerful tool but it does charge on a monthly basis ~$150/month I actually forgot the exact number.

If you can afford it you should pick up SEnuke. Even if you can't you should at least give the 7 day trial a shot, it should still be available. There are of course tons of other tools and even some services that do most if not all of the work for you.

If you're going to be doing SEO yourself these two have been around quite a while and spend quite a bit on making their product better. They're not going anywhere anytime soon from what I can see.

If you're looking for some free tools and services you can send me a pm and I'll see what I can recommend, either way you should still give SEnuke a shot.

Scrapebox is king. Very, very powerful tool... Definitely not for a noob SEO/IMer or the faint of heart :p

SEOQuake is a must in my book. SEOBook's Rank Checker is great - I've been questioning it's reliability lately though. Traffic Travis is a pretty handy tool in helping determining competition and SEO analysis. OF COURSE the Google Adword Keyword tool! SEO Fast Indexer (free for WarRoom Members).

A lot of good tools out there, but here's a few I use consistently:

Market samurai (for keyword research, SEO Competition, rank tracker)
Opensiteexplorer.org (for page authority, domain authority, moztrust, rank etc.)
Google Keyword Tool (for keyword research - quick)
SEO Spyglass (for in depth backlink analysis)

  • Well I'm a big fan of Seomoz tools. They seem to provide me with a lot of information on my websites.

As far as paid tools, I have used SeNuke before and I loved it. However, in opinion, there is not just one tool that will exponential improve your rankings, it is the combination of tools that will give you success in your SEO goals.

We use Market Samurai for keyword research and checking for available domains. We use Traffic Travis to check out the strength of competition for a keyword. We also utilize Rank Tracker to get daily reports on all our keywords. Those three tools get the job done for sure.

Throw in xrumer, scrapebox, a few dedicated servers and your own blog network in to the mix too.

I'm assuming you mean link building? It depends on if you want whitehat tools or blackhat tools, it's pretty easy to find good link building tools if your Ok with spamming, I mean there is scrapebox, xrumer, senuke etc. Although if you want to build links using whitehat methods, there isn't much software which can help you out to be honest, considering you need to do it manually anyway, what would be the point in having software to help you do it, if your doing it by yourself? Lol.

Well sir you save $50 bucks by buying it from that link (not my link or an affiliate link that I know of). It's Sweetfunny's discounted link for Scrapebox (he made the program). He's on blackh@t world . com

Open up you Scrapebox and register it or validate it.... It's under "Help" I believe...? Or the big VALIDATE button on the right. Put in that Trans ID and your paypal email and name and give it an hour or two and you'll be golden.

          P.s. Install all the add-ons.

I use IBP Business Promoter, to set up my sites and my clients sites. It is a bit pricey, but really is worth it, i have managed to get to the number 1 position for many websites using keywords with huge amounts of competition. Its not just based on backlinks, it teaches you exactly how to get top 10 ranking will seo techniques, it will analyse your keyword with your top ten competitors and let you know exactly what you need to fix on your site for better optimization.

Personally I have never been a fan of downloading "tools" of this sort to my desktop. Usually they aren't managed with security in mind, Most of these "free" tools are usually just trying to collect your data. (At least some of the ones I have dealt with)

Sometimes I am forced to use such tools though, this is where my mind goes into a state of paranoia when using such tools. I know this isn't for everyone, but I just have issues with using anything with "free" in it. Anyways, After saying useless things about myself, I am forced to use some. Here is my list:

    - Traffic Travis (Love it, Very helpful)
    - SEOQuake (Firefox Plug-in? Who can hate on these?)
    - Market Samurai

        Hi

Back linking is a top way to optimize your website in search engine results. At least, this is what I perceive from my experience as a writer and an architect. I use the services of Voltrank.com for building back links to my website for improving its visibility on search engines.

Although, the process is always slow for these type of tasks, but the results, as I have experienced, are sure. :-)
