I was wondering if you could share your best tips? How many sites do you have? What niches do you focus on? Do you outsource? If so, what do you spend on and how much?

No one here is going to give you their niches, that's for sure. But I can give you some tips:

    1. Start with a broad niche, and drill down deeply until you get to a narrower, micro niche.

    2. Make sure your keywords have at least $1 CPC.

    3. Check your competition levels. My personal criteria: At least three sites with either PR N/A, 0, or 1 (any combination of the three), majority of the sites have less than 50 backlinks, and majority of the sites aren't well optimized for the KW.

    4. See if you can get an EMD (Exact match domain). .com, .net, or .org will work best.

    5. Write or outsource keyword rich, high quality, and unique content.

    6. Place Adsense to cater to Google's rules.

    7. Build backlinks to each and every one of your pages, get them indexed, and monitor your rankings.

    8. Get that one site to make about $3/day to $5/day. You can then flip it for as low as $540 (6 months earnings on a $3/day site) to as high as $1500 (12 months earnings on a $5/day site).

    9. Reinvest that cash into building even more of those sites, and all of a sudden you will have an Adsense site flipping model that can generate you thousands of dollars a month.

Where do you go to buy/sell these flipped sites? I'd much rather pay $1500 for a $5/day site than to sell one!

Glad I could help, man. I just looked at my post again and I neglected to mention that when checking the competition levels, you should be looking in just the top ten, and not all over the place haha. Sorry if I misled you or anyone there.

Wowsers, do you have $1500 to drop on a money making website? If so, Flippa has what you need. Just make sure the seller is trustworthy and reputable.

    Biggy, that easy eh?

OR you could set aside just 1 year of your life and quickly, easily, and simply, build one of those $5/day sites every day, then kick back and enjoy your $54k/month income.

Shouldn't take more than what? 5 or 10 minutes a day I reckon
