Quick Way to Get Thousands of Backlinks

Hey everyone, this is my first thread on here and I figure I'd share some advice that's worked well for me to get a ton of backlinks.

You get a ton of backlinks fast by... dun dun dunnnnn...BLOG COMMENTING

Comment and drop a backlink on blogs that have the "recent comments" widget. This ensures your link shows up on every page of their blog.

To find these blogs, search in google, "recent comments" [related niche kw]. Obviously, you want to comment on blogs that are related to your niche. Depending on how busy the blog is, your backlinks should be good for a couple of weeks.

If you want backlinks that stay up longer, find blogs that have a "top commenters" widget. You'll need several comments get your link in the super elite top commenters widget, but these are better for you in the long run.

And of course, write a comment worth reading, not spammy.

You literally get thousands of backlinks overnight with this method.

Be careful with it though, if your site is new and google sees thousands of backlinks appear out of nowhere overnight, they're gonna know something is up. If you're concerned about linking to your main website, you can use a web 2.0 property on your link wheel. Or even an article if they allow deep linking. Supposedly, this method works well for article marketing, although I've never tried it.

Also, I don't really care if the blog is nofollow. Sure the pagerank doesn't carry over, but the links still help rankings.

I got a fresh blog (3-4 weeks old, little SEO- couple of press releases and directory submissions) on the 1st page of google immediately after doing this. It made it to number 2 before I started autoposting with a bot and got kicked down to the 4th page. Lesson learned.

Feel free to leave a comment, question, concern, death threat, etc..

This is actually not bad advice, except for this bit here. You sure about that from your own experience? Just sounds like something you've heard and just repeated it, as millions before you have done and it just keeps going round and round and round...

Yeah- repeated advice. I've never pushed the limits enough to test the consequences.

      Do you have counter examples?

It'd be too easy for me to spam my competitor's website and have them punished.

You do realize that you CAN spam your competitor, get Google to index or at least become aware that all of those links have just been built and they will drop in the SERPs?

You may not do permanent damage, but if your niche is seasonal you can definitely take your competition out of the game during their busiest time of the year...

Yes it can help to get in the recent comments or top comments - just make sure blog commenting is part of your overall backlinking strategy.

Unless you have connections at an educational or government institution you are most likely going to pay for these links. Unfortunately a good .edu or .gov link (low OBL, been around for ages, high PR) is going to cost you a pretty penny and most webmasters who have the ability to sell these links are going to want payment every year.

I have a site that I tried this with, and it jumped up to the first page, and then went into the sandbox.

The site is not deindexed though, so hopefully it will come back.

My thought is that if you do comment consistently, you'll be okay. The reason I think this may be is because your name eventually goes out of the top commenter/recent commenter box if you don't keep posting. This causes your link count to drop, which may trigger Google's sandbox penalty.

I'm going to try posting more with my sandboxed site though...it's not like I can do any more damage to it right now

I don't think there is any other reason it could be in the sandbox - I have articles scheduled out to backlink to internal pages a few a day, and I've done a few blog comments. I have not used any mass backlinking tools that could have caused a penalty. Plus, all the content on that site is original.

It originally ranked on the first page of Google. Hopefully when it's released from the sandbox, it'll come back a little higher!

Blog commenting is one of the fastest ways to build links especially if you comment or post in high PR blogs or sites.I love sharing comments. Not only do you build a reputation for yourself but you'll also get the chance to get involved in adding value to your community. You also have the chance to build a network and learn a lot of things.

This is not the bad way to get the quality backlinks for the website; as i think that doing the forum posting and blog commenting helps to boost the backlinks for the website.

Blog commenting is fine BUT when you go on the sidebar and you see in your webmaster tools 3,000 links coming from 1 domain Google will only count 1 per your actual count even though it says 3,000..

Building links for the websites is not just about increasing the numbers of votes very quickly because SEO is a time-consuming job to be done in the course of time and patiently and Google does not like seeing websites getting a lot of links so quickly. The age of domains which naturally would be beyond the control of web admins too can have big roles to play in this respect.

Actually I think the definition of nofollow is that it doesn't affect the rankings.

Allowing for this exacting truth, it is essential that you emerge on the summit of the roll when superstar enters a specific keyword in Google or other search engines. To achieve this purpose, you require backlinks: lot's of backlinks, to be exact.
