Adsense Conversion 0%? Any Ideas On How To Raise It?

Alright well I found what i thought was a decent niche to get into, i got the exact match domain (.net) and the keyword got search traffic of 3300 exact a month. So i figured with a 1-2% conversion rate things would be great, well after 1 week of doing seo alone im on the first page rank 4 for the keyword, and receiving nearly 180 clicks a day So i know that google was wrong it obviously receives alot more then 3300 a month if im receiving 180 a day at 4th.
My real problem is, that even with those 180 or so visits i got a 0% conversion rate on ad-sense which is quite depressing, does anyone have any free word-press themes made to maximize ad-sense conversion yet still look good? or simply ideas on how to monetize better? I wish i could link my site, but i cant because i dont want to get ad-sense flooded and lose my account.
