Need help google adsense

this is the reply I got from google adsense....

Domain ownership: To complete our review, we need to confirm your
ownership of the site you've submitted. Please follow the steps below:
- Access the source code of your website.
- Create a separate page on the site and paste "This post confirms my
ownership of the site and that this site adheres to Google AdSense
program policies and Terms and Conditions."
- Resubmit the application as described below after replacing the
current URL in the 'Website URL' field with the URL of the page where
you have pasted the snippet.

I made a page and pasted the above sentence, but dont know how to send it to google, because that URL field they dont allow to post 2 URL.
1- Example Web Page
2- www.example.com/confirmation.html

can anyone tell me how to send them both sites ?

    yea, I got passed, all I did was made a page and pasted the snippet. then placed only that new page URL (where I posted the snippet) in the URL section and applied, they accepted.
