Some queries/questions for micro niche sites

Hello World. I'll make this short - I was just wondering how I could better my niche research for micro niches (Amazon and Adsense). I've always wondered a few things and I'd like to know how they work for you. So here goes:

1. Dashes in EMD (exact match domain) - Yay or nay?

2. Stop words in EMD (exact match domain) - Yay or nay? Stop words are basically words before and/or after the keyword in the domain.

3. .info - Yay or nay?

4. What's the absolute lowest search count on a keyword you would go for when looking for a possible EMD (according to the GAKT)? I've been flirting with the idea to go as low as 320.

5. With all other things being equal (backlink building, On Page SEO, Off Page SEO), have you been able to rank well and make money with any or all of the things in the first three queries?

Any and all help would be appreciated.

    The exact keyword match will give you the best ranking bonus out of the gate.

    That said, don't get too consumed with getting the perfect domain name. Get one you like that contains your target keyword while looking reasonable (ie no keyword--keyword-keyword--keyword-keyword.com). With good link building you'll rank well.

    It depends.

    If the .com or other extension is an established site with a lot of strong links don't expect your brand new .info to do well (the opposite is true also, do a search for Roman Coins to see an example).

    If other extensions aren't available due to domain speculation and aren't developed or otherwise weak then you have an opening that you can exploit with other domain extensions.

    Do a search for regular expressions to see an example that breaks the common "rules" of domain selection.

    I've done well with several sites of my own like this as well and sites that don't even have a keyword in the domain name at all.
