Please help advice in the analysis of key words

Sorry for my english, I'm just learning.

Now I want to try to earn using adsense.
I am myself a programmer, I am able to do sites, I hired someone to write to me to be the sites. But I can not figure out how to choose the keywords that the site could raise in the top 3 of Google easily.

I already have several sites, but when I created them, I do not analyze the keywords and I find it hard to raise them in the top of Google. Here are a few of them.

Business Card Reader, Business Card Readers and Business Card Scanners
Collage Picture Frames, Reviews, Best Deals & Low Prices
Guitar Wall Hanger, Reviews, Best Deals & Low Prices
Hard Anodized Cookware, Reviews, Best Deals & Low Prices

Now I began to use the following programs for keyword analysis, it is Micro Niche Finder and Traffivtravis.

Analyzing keywords using these programs, I use only words that have a green SOC (MNF screenshot)

Then I run Traffitstravis and look at the first top 10 results. But from this moment I do not know how to further analyze the word.

I know that if the top ten, there are 3 - 4 sites with a PR = 0, then this phrase would be easy to climb, but rather how to be there in the top ten there are sites with lots of PR and a large number of incoming links. (TT screenshot)

I will describe the strategy as I analyze the keywords and I want you to have prompted me whether I do or not.

1. I look at what is there in Titley keywords
2. I looked at the number of incoming links
3. I look at PR

But in this example, I do not know what to do.
None of the sites do not have a Title keywords.
The first 3 results are more than 3000 backlinks
But at the 4 spot is a site that has keywords in the title, but has only 13 inbound links. By this, I think that this right would be easy to take off the top of Google, if I create a page, which will be optimized for the phrase "dog beds for small dogs" and put the 20-30 back links to a page of sites with good PR (eg profiles with the forum or several articles)

Please help me, because I'm really confused.
