What's Your Favorite Way For Getting Links?

I use all of the normal link building methods. But my favorite is article submission as it has given me much better results than other methods.

well i prefer pyramid building over article submissions because i don't have to wait for the approvals on the article websites.

Article submission on a role! Finger arthritis, so easy to see it for some of us soon!

Social bookmarking takes quite some time with one of the demon products, but adds value to the domains...staying with bookmarking demon...useful tool@

Borica if you have a little bit of time to run through Social bookmarking Demon I would greatly appreciate it. I had just bought it and have a few questions about the best way to maximize it. Not sure if I am using it properly. Looking for somone who knows how to really work it. Even willing to pay you for your time.

By building good link popularity for the site. By submitting site url in social bookmarking, social networking sites, etc. Also by writing good and unique content, embedding site url in it and submitting it in good dofollow article/blog sites, forum posting, etc.

Cannot hate on that pricing.

My favorite method is the one that works best for the project I am working on. That always depends on the site and the link profile. Articles work well for newer sites or pages but I find they work best if you link them to new related content on your site.
Also, watch what article site you are submitting to, many are pretty shady and will remove your link and replace it with another later on. Stick with the big article sites and when you have a few links from each domain, move on.

The content works just fine for a backlink so article submission sites and Forum participation has more importance in generating backlink for a website.

Article submissions are the best since they can gain momentum when other people republish your articles giving you credit.

It doesn't happen all the time but at least it is a possibility

For me posting on forums is more enjoyable and quicker than submitting articles so I do more of that. I plan to start using article directories like ezine a lot more in the next month though.

Link directories that involve human editing are the best in my opinion. Methods that generate a lot of automated links with no human intervention are not so good.

I like building an EDU blog which I build up with do-follow high PR backlink campaign. It is much easier to get websites owners to approve a link to blogs.law.harvard.edu/travel for example than something like mytravel.com
After I have successfully bumped the PR of the EDU blog I then create the backliks to mytravel.com (for example)....I have found that a high PR do-follow low OBL backlinks is worth several thousands low quality links.

I think forum posting is the best way to get the backlinks for my website. As these are the permanent backlinks which we get for ojur site and also from the dofollow high pr forums and these forum backlink help to boost the PR for the website.

Two words my friend,Article Marketing
Its really easy,just imagine if you make 3 articles at blast them to 100 directory
Thats 300 links,but you have to constantly do it though

Another way is blog commenting,find at least 5 blogs that are high ranking and related to your subject at post informative comments,not just "Great info,(link)"
