Using prefixes or suffixes or letters within the domain name to get a good domain?

If you had a choice which would you use for a domain name?


The keyword that is being typed into google is: "healthy food for teenagers"


Two domain choices that are narrowed down to be the best are:


healthyfoodsforteenagers.com

or

ehealthyfoodforteenagers.com


Notice that the keyword density percentage is still the same for both since only one letter is used that is different from the raw key word but "foods" which means the same thing as "food" is used in the first example. But the branding "e" is used in the second example.

Which domain do you think will get more respect from google?

    is "thehealthyfoodforteenagers.com" available? that would be a good one. I've heard "the" isn't a word that is picked up by search engine robots, I don't know if thats true or I'm if repeating it correctly.

    I'm also used "my" is these situations for the same reasons.

    But, to stick to your question, I would go with the first option using "Foods".

    I'd stick with the first option because it just makes more sense. Sticking on an 'e' as a prefix seems rather contrived to me, and just doesn't look or sound right.
