Top on Google but not on Bing / Yahoo

Hi fellow warriors,

my site is currently top on google for 3 search terms but it doesn't perform too well on bing and yahoo, both .com and local .co.uk variants.

Why is this and can anyone offer some free advise how i can improve these SERPS?

    Well the reason is they have different algorithms and look for different things. No one knows exactly what, but I've found that for some reason yahoo and bing like the spammy type links (like blog comments where there are alot of obls). That's just been my experience, tho I never pay much attention to yahoo and bing.

    more people(more than 70%) use Google, so don't worry.

    To getting top on bing and yahoo is not simple but as per the bing search it almost same as google had. Just make sure your site is index on bing. if not then you can submit it on add url of bing page.

    In yahoo getting top ten position is totally depend upon the on-page optimization. if you see the search result the domain name contain your search keyword get top ten position. So while promoting on yahoo make sure all the targeted keywords are place in the meta keywords.

    I would only focus on Bing and Yahoo if I were in a very lucrative market to make it worth my while, so maybe not worth your time to be honest. Google is the daddy.

    Just because you rank well on Google, it doesn't mean you'll be ranking well on other search engines, ranking well on Google has no effect on your ranking on other search engines.

    from my experience i can tell few things about Bing: exact match domains are better ranked, after seo campain it takes longer to see results on serps,

    Bing users are in 80% technology noobs and dont know anything about alternative broswers like FF CH or O.
