What Adsense plugins do you guys use for Wordpress?

I decided that I am not much of a web designer so I opted to customize a simple wordpress theme I found online.

I'm having a heck of time getting my adsense placed above the content. It appears that it isn't as easy as copying and pasting it into the html section of a post.

I've also heard that some of those plugins skim off the top of your adsense payouts.

What's a trustworthy plugin to use that places the ads above the content of post and pages.

Thanks

I use the Advertising Manager plugin. It makes it very easy to create rotating ads for split testing, insert ads into the template, show ads only on pages in certain categories, or insert the ad directly into the post itself. You can also put HTML before and after the ad so it wraps properly.

I've only just started using it but the "Why Do Work" plugin is really good.

I usually just do it manually so I can get it exactly how I want it.

I found I had trouble with the same thing because, with my template, a paragraph tag is always inserted at the start of the post. So if you only want adsense blocks at either the start or end of the post and you want exactly the same Adsense blocks to appear in in the same place in each and every one of your posts, then pasting the ad block code in the relevant place in your template is also a very easy way of doing it.
