I build just a few links about every day - I never believed in blasting links. But a lot of ppl say that it works.

So let me ask you guys a question - does Xrumer work? If so - do you have any personal experience with it?

    I have a lot of experience with it. But you have to understand the context in which I use it.

    First lets say I'm targeting a really small niche or a local search term, then it works really well.

    Now lets say I'm targeting something competitive, while it will work in that situation also, I have found you get more bang for your buck when the site is a bit older, 3-6 months.

    You can't expect to rank for "cheap car insurance" with only profile links. You need to have a varied link batch pointing to your site.

    Basically, if its a small niche it works very well. If its a larger niche, the site needs to be more established before you'll see benefits from Xrumer. But if the site is mature and you want to go from page 1 position 8 to position 1,2, or 3, it can give you that boost.

    Remember though its all about your competition infront of you. If they have thousands and thousands of links, Xrumer may be the weapon in your arsenal that you need to use, at the right time.

      Yes basically what frank said, I have ranked many sites to page 1 within weeks for low comp keywords, but for more competitive words its all about assessing your competition and then deciding which route to take.

    I've been considering Xrumer, although I have to admit I'm a little nervous about it. I thought it was great advice to wait a bit to use it, I've experienced the same effect, usually a site that is just a few months older reacts much better to mass linking. Expect this to increase in coming years.

      would you guys say that a 6 month old site is safe from being penalized?.... i currently only have about 80 backlinks to my site that i've done manually or have come from pinging services, so i'm nervous to suddenly blast out a few thousand links, although i am strongly considering xrumer services at the moment... can anyone help me with this question? thanks a bunch!!
