Backlinks from Ezinearticles not appearing!

Despite I have thousand of articles approved and in good shape in my Platinum account at EZ, when I check my backlinks with backlinkwatch/SB/Seo Elite or other applications, very few of my Ez backlinks appear!

All this despite in the last months I was pumping my Ez articles with scrapebox comments!

Was all that hard job in vane?
Does it happen 2U?
Is submitting articles worth my time or just a waste of time for backlinks sake?

The same goes for Goarticles...

Thank you

It isn't a waste of time at all.

I tell all of the people I coach with a blog, to get 100 articles up on EZA as it creates a steady supply of backlinks from the sites that pick up the articles.

It also gets you traffic from the articles to your site. I wrote slightly less than 70 articles for my main blog and have received over 1 million articles views. I only get a 5% clickthru to my site, but that is still good traffic.

Note: I have had my EZA account for around 4 years...didn't get the million views overnight.

As far as using Scrapebox to link build to EZA...not sure if that is the best use of your time. A little link building to your article will do the trick...but the main goal should be to write good articles.

Just because your links do not appear in 3rd party applications, does not mean they do not count as far as helping you get ranked.

If you want to know how many links Google sees for your website, sign up under Google Webmaster Tools: www.google.com/webmasters/tools/

Yahoo Site Explorer will give you a little bigger picture: siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/mysites

The true value of all of that work is not always how many links Google sees, but how much traffic you get from EzineArticles and/or from Google. Do you know those numbers?

If not, check your Referring URLs in your site statistics software. Most web hosting accounts have AWstats installed that will allow you to get this information directly from your control panel.

Maybe there is or was something wrong with the tool you use, because I see all my backlinks from ezine.
