How do I effectively promote an affiliate site that is geared toward an international audience? Is there any way to do SEO that is targeted towards the specific country... instead of just here in the US?

    Get a domain from that country.

    Get links from similar domains/niches.

    Check your ranking on that countries google.

      Plus another thing that is mostly forgotten; it's very important that you get hosting in that specific country.

      I've seen it do wonders for some websites at least. Not sure if it's fully tested but it definitely boosts your results IMO.
