Hello,
I am very new to this forum, I know some things about keyword research, some tools and stuff like that, but I have got some questions and would appreciate if you could help me out

First of all, according to Google, how many exactly local searches should your search phrase have to take profit?

Do you check your competitiors with @ google with the intitle:"keyword" search or do you just type in the Keyword?

Do you try to take profit out of a niche with lets say 30.000 exactly local searches a month, 300.000 competitors and a CPC of 0,05$? Because I don't think it's worth it, is it?

That's it for the moment, thanks a lot for your help and best regards
Alex

It is all relative to the niche you are aiming at, and the product you are trying to sell.
What will work for one person maybe the opposite of what the person in the next niche wants.
Research, build a site around it/product, and then give it a month or so to see the results.
Worst case all you have lost is $9 on the site registration and your time building the site.

The beauty of the ‘net is how cheap it is to try varying ideas.
