Keyword Strategy for 3 page WP Site? is it Plausible?

I could certainly use some direction(I know everyone is tired of another "work at home" sorry about that)
Could you give me a strategy on keyword implementation for whatever seo I can get out of a 3 page wp site?
I can't build a huge multi page site, at least not at this time, so this l will be a learning experience for me to say the least.
I'm going top focus on article marketing to directories, and building links (of which I'm not yet sure of my approach just yet)
page 1 a single sitebuilder offer(micro-niche kw)
page 2 various "work from home" offers (sub-cats, I believe it's a parent child relationship)(micro-niche kw)
page 3 an offer for "Mailloop" (by internetmarketing)
and an "about us" (garden variety garb)
if I target KW phrases with competitors below PR3's, and the rest mainly serps that are yahoo answers or article directories
is there a reasonable chance of ranking?
with 3 keyword phrases(one per page), one for the sitebuilder, one for mailloop and the other for the "work at home" offers ....

(and if one will not work for the "work at home", since there will be different product on that page, will varying phrases for the different "work at home" offers work? I've heard trying to create a "new keyword phrase" for each post or offer on a given page is not a good idea...I believe people can rank well for a single landing page focused micro-niche site, can I do the same in this type of scenario with various "work at home"?)
