Hi,

I have been using a backlinkservice for one month now and as a result both of my websites â˜...â˜...PRECOR ELLIPTICAL Trainer - Precor Elliptical For Saleâ˜...â˜... and ★★Hp TouchSmart Computer & Best Hp Laptop Deals ★★ ending in the sandbox.

Is there any way to speed up the process of getting them out of there?

These where my best performing Amazon sites.

Build backlinks on a steady basis everyday. Link velocity will help pull you out. If you stop building links you will be stuck for quite a while longer.

    Thanks.

I am still running both websites as before thru the backlinkservice and i guess i will keep the sites there until they appear again.

Can I ask what kind of links the service is making for you and are they building them on a daily basis?

Make sure your links are diverse - i.e. don't build just all profile links etc...

Well it's good to add blog commenting but you might consider also some article distribution and maybe a press release or two. I think the more different types of backlinks you get the better especially with those sites that are loaded up with affiliate links.

          fresh content feeds google caffeine...

also make sure to get ALL of the on-page SEO done correctly:

title tags, meta description, meta keywords, sitemap.xml and robots.tx installed, then add the site to google webmaster tools.

if they delisted your then you can resubmit via google webmaster tools.

EMD in the mythical sandbox? Say it aint so!

      There is no sandbox.

Start doing the right things. And don't stop.

Backlinking did not penalize you. Google just doesn't think your site is good
enough to be on top. Period. Start working on changing their mind. There
is a short boost for freshness. But your niche is very, very narrow. That's
the danger when riding a one trick pony.

I had a look at your URLs and they do have trademarked terms in them. That could've played a role in your sites getting sandboxed. When I had a sandboxed site it was for a very generic term.

Paul, there IS a sandbox. Not sure why you mention the contrary. Until I and/or everyone else hears it from Google themselves about the contrary, there will be a sandbox haha.

Paul knows what he's talking about. That's why he has top rankings for the keywords in his sig that he's been working on for a year.

      Oh....wait.

Ahh...the good ol sandbox ey...don't believe the hype on the whole sandbox theory.

Your site is probably just in the algo matrix. Give it a few weeks and I bet my left arm that it reappears in the ranking.

I just had one of my newer sites come out of the matrix. Sitting pretty on page #2 which it was previously on page #10.

What you don't want to do is stop building links...just look at it as the site is in the algo which means that is assessing it up right now and when it spits it out you will see that all your worrying is all for nothing.

In the meantime maybe put up a few articles on site and "keep backlinking"

    Hi 101millionAds,

Your sites are not ranking well because they don't deserve to rank well. Both of those sites are very obvious thin affiliate sites, which is a violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines.

    hi

I am new to SEO. I just want to know that how do you come to know that the sites are in sandbox?

Sandbox is a well known myth. My studies tell me that google takes a high ranking site and "puts it in sandbox mode", meaning the rank of the site drops drastically and can stay that way for a few months depending.

I also thought is was just that, a myth, but it seems there is more to the story. What would happen if you work three times harder on your site, optimize everything on the site even more and then try and triple the amount of backlinks you originally had, and your site still does not get back to its original ranking? I'd be mortified. It's a lot of hard work to market a web site, to just have it sandboxed when it virtually took you blood, sweat and tears to get it to the top in the first place.

Maybe they are just trying to even out the odds? letting everyone get a shot at higher rankings?

First of all make sure you get links from as many sources as you can like SocialBookmarking, Forum, Articles, Blog Comments etc and don't go on crazy on new domains but if the domain is old like 1 to 2 years then it won't get hurt.

      Now,

If the site happens to go on Sandbox then keep on building link but now you also need to get some high authority links... Edu links will help a lot to get out much quicker.

        Hi and thanks.

The first site that disapeared was a domain that had been parked for several years so i tought it was safe. The other site i took a chance with

I have just started using Senuke again on both sites.Senuke covers the most of important links but i will look out for EDU links as well

As for the profile building i have learnt a lesson and will only add articles from now.

All you need to do is gain the trust of google to bring your site out of sandbox. It can be achieved by getting quality links to your site because the sandbox concept by google is to prevent spammers. Optimize your site for other search engines also.
