I'm starting to have really mixed feelings about it's effect lately. I know it takes time to index their links and not all are indexed or stay indexed, but i see just a few for sites that have been in for few months.

What's your experience?
#linxboss

I am using Linxboss and are now seeing really good results. I have had to be patient as it has taken about three months to get there and they do state that you have to use mature sites which I have.

What's a proper business in your opinion?

Getting my sites to the top of search engines so I can make money to me seems like a proper business. If Google stops ranking sites based partially on incoming links then I will stop trying to get more links. Until then I use all means at my disposal to beat the competition. The smart people are doing the same.

And LinxBoss still works for me but I also get many different types of links to all of my sites. IMO that's the way to get good rankings.

How long have you been a member?

It's really strange - Some people report fantastic results with it and others say that it sucks.

Many people speculate that all of the "newer" members get added into a different batch of sites than the older members which is why there is a difference.

Personally I decided to stick clear of it and go with Build My Rank instead, which is definitely worth the money.

Don't mind him, it sounds like he is an automation hater. They do exist.

I have been on LinxBoss for a week now and I starting to doubt it too. I have 5 sites, one is really mature, one a couple years old, one less than a year, one a couple months and one brand new.

LinkJuicer has been working well, but its slow. Faster than manually submitting though. I'll have to check out that other one you mentioned.

I would give LinxBoss a little more time than a week. I find that it works great on more mature sites, like at least several months old. All of my sites have benefited but it takes a month or so to start to move. Plus, like I said earlier, I think it works great as a complement to your other link building methods.

If you are building links by other means at the same time, how do you know that LinxBoss works?

I'm asking because i'm also building other links, and can't say for sure what's doing what, all i know is that i see just FEW links from LinxBoss.

Because I know from experience that it takes a variety of different types of links to really get top rankings on very competitive keywords. I build larger sites with typically hundreds of pages of unique content and I take a longer view on getting them to the top. I use many means of gaining links and that's what works for me. LinxBoss to me is just one piece of the puzzle and I like it because it's hands off. I know it works because a couple of my sites had been stuck near the bottom of page 1 for some pretty competitive terms and after a couple months in LinxBoss they were top 3 or better.

It's a pretty expensive service and I can't say for sure if it alone will get you to the top but I know from experience that it works. However, having quality content on your site will help any link building you are doing so I would make sure my sites were optimized pretty well before shelling out big bucks on any type of link building.

Yeah, I paid for it for a month so its going to get a month, just saying.

At least with some of the other otols you get pingbacks in your wordpress, so you know somethings happening.

Also with LB, where the heck are you supposed to go to find the links it is making for you?

I don't try to find the links it creates, I just look at the rankings of the keywords I'm going for. If they go up then I'm happy because it's working. I have found some of the links and wouldn't consider them the highest quality but we're talking about link volume here, and totally hands off at that.

I can say that all of the sites I put in have increased in rankings and traffic, and as a result have made much more than the cost of LinxBoss. That's why I stay in and am about to buy some more slots for it for my next batch of sites.

I use LinxBoss by itself on some sites, and in conjunction with other link building strategies on other sites. As others have pointed out, Linx Boss does seem to be most beneficial on older sites. Its hard to tell if it will work for your site without actually trying it, so i would say if you have older site, then you should certainly try it. I have a few slots for sale at $30/month.
