Market Samurai - SEOV - How accurate?

Now, I don't want to come across as a dummy. But I just wondered, out of all the people which use Market Samurai, if anyone had tested how accurate the SEOV figure is when searching for keywords.

The SEOV figure basically tells you how much you can earn in any given month, if you were ranking number one for the search term/keyword.

Has anyone ever tested this to see if it worked accurately or not?

Just wondering, thanks.

    Bump.

Could someone check if their income is about the same as the SEOV in MS?

No keyword tool is accurate. They are just to give you an idea of what the keywords and niches are all about.

I don't think that dollar value in the column is an actual value that you will earn. It is just an index created by Market Samurai to assign some sort of ranking. I think it is generated from the avg cost per click and the volume of traffic. Basically I will go for keywords if the value is over $30. This means there is some money to be made because it is either getting good volume, or people are using it in their adwords campaigns, or both.

I have to agree. I don't remember anyone mentioning that's all you could make. That would be very hard to average.

Even They do not claim it to be accurate. It's not possible to be accurate. But they Estimated an income by calculating the adword cost and the avg visitors % the firs SERP website gets.

This is just to give an idea.
