I become really confused which is the main step in off page of SEO help to get fastly traffic and get increase the the page rank without paid only freeand also explain who which step you ask is worked

Offpage SEO is basically link building (backlinking).

To do this, you need to closely research your keywords to make sure they are worth targeting (arguably the most important step).

Then you need to backlink using your keywords as anchor text links to your pages.

I gets a lot more involved than that but you will learn a lot here if you are focused.

  It's all about building links back to your site. What's important is the quality of these links. You want links from sites that are rated by Google. This is known as page rank. So ideally you want to get links back from sites that have pages of a page rank of 3 or higher. They count for way more than low value links.

  1. Email site webmasters that are responsible for websites similar to yours in content and ask them for a link that you will reciprocate on. There are sites that have a page full of links and the links are not relevant to each other as far as content is concerned.
  
  2. Content - The best way to conduct your off page SEO techniques then is to insure that you have unique, highly informative content.
  
  3. Article marketing - There are hundreds if not thousands of article directories on the Internet.
  
  4. Forum marketing - There are online communities that are dedicated to the subject of your website.
  
  5. Craigslist - Craigslist is a well-known classifieds website with a PR7. A PR7 score is very high! Having a link on a website with a PR7 will give a boost to your website.
  
  6. Look for partners who are willing to include your list in their pages. The easiest way to do this is to use the free tool at Webconfs.
  
  7. Triangular linking - Google does not like reciprocal linking but triangular linking is one way of getting around this limitation.

instead of saying main step I would say main basic purpose that you keep in mind which is getting link to your site and for that you have to measure the quality of the links..
