Can Article Sites In Link Network "Take" Backlinks?

I set up a link network a la the Forever Traffic Formula guys, and I'm noticing that even though links are coming from and going to every site, 3 of the 4 article sites in the network always report zero backlinks in Scrapebox. Interestingly, every other site shows backlinks.

the 3 sites are Ezine Articles, content Caboodle, and IdeaMarketers. Should it concern me that they show no backlinks? Does that effect the ability of these sites to "take and pass link juice"?

Thanks.

Ken

Fact always is that not all the backlinks are
counted. That's why a few heavy article
marketers are now ALSO doing other things
to index their backlinks... or if you want to
put it this way - backlinking their backlinks,

Yep, Kingsley got it. Although I'm not positive I understand your question...

OK, sorry about that. I have run mass-linking activities to several sites in this network, including all the article sites. I check to see if the backlinks/in-bound links actually arrive at these sites. But on 3 of the 4 article sites, ScrapeBox backlink checker shows there are no in-bound links to article pages that I have built links to. I'm just wondering if there is anything specific about those 3 sites (Ezine Art., Content Caboodle, and Idea Marketers) the would cause in-bound links to not be "seen" or indexed.

One of the roles of article sites in this network is to be able to accept mass-linking without too much danger of reprisal from the big G, but that can also pass link juice from the massive number of in-bound links.

Hopefully that is a little more clear.

        Cheers,

        Ken

I've always contended that some backlinks aren't really links until someone clicks on them.

Probably also mashing an RSS feed of the links, submitting the feeds, and then pinging them might help. I'm trying that now but nothing conclusive yet.

      Steven,

I do exactly what you're talking about...the feed submission and pinging. Hasn't helped as far as I can tell.

That's what I've been saying for about two months now, If it's not showing backlinks or PR how can it be passing any linkjuice? Some of the shows up in one backlink checker, but not Yahoo or Google. If they don't recognize the links then how can the count? If they have a forum you should ask the question there.
