Keyword Ranking?

There are increase in the no. of backlinks as compared to last month backlinks for my site. Also, my site is having content with proper keyword density than the competitor sites. But still 2-3 keywords are not ranked on 1st page. It still on 2nd page since last 3 months. What should I do for improving ranking?

    The common, and most correct answer to your questions is by building more backlinks.

    Build diverse backlinks from a variety of different methods such as article marketing, blog commenting, forum posting, profile linking, social bookmarking, press releases, gov/edu linking, to name a few.

    Also ensure that those backlinks (at least the majority) are being indexed and counting towards your SEO.

    Throw in some high PR links and your pages should rise to the top of pg one.

    The quantity of the above depends completely on what the competition is doing and you can only estimate how much backlink to do.

    But don't ever stop the backlinking completely. It is best to build them on a continual basis, even when you are in #1 spot as you will want to maintain your ranking.

      Hi, Just try to write content related to niche of your website with fresh content and link those two keywords with your actual web page. You have to work hard to move those keywords so work daily and try to post unique content.

    Focuse your anchor text and use the keywords your trying to rank..use them till there at #1 and move to the next one
