I'll go ahead and share this little tool I downloaded a while back. I found it useful and helpful in researching and discovering keywords/niches/blogs/places to comment/etc.

Description:
Nichesalsa is an Internet Marketing Toolkit which enables you to discover and research hot niches. With this software you can browse the hottest items on the web and get ideas for items to promote.

In the screenshot below I have selected Amazon from the "Ideas" drop down menu and am browsing Amazon's hottest items. I could also choose from a variety of other sources including ask, Aol, Digg, Hubpages and many others.

In the next screenshot I am performing a google Allintitle search form the for the phrase "Work from home" Here I can also use a selection of Google queries as well as several powerful online keyword analysis resources.

The Answer search feature is a useful way of quickly accessing any open questions on Yahoo! Answers based on your keyword phrase.Here I am running an advanced Yahoo Answers query to display all of the open questions for the phrase "Work from home."

You can also see what people are saying about your keyword phrase on Twitter. You can use this method to find targeted followers.

  • Search Forums and Google Blogs for your keyword phrase.
  • Search Ezinearticles for your keyword phrase...
  • Find Dofollow Blogs with the Commentluv tag...
  • Find products to sell on Clickbank based on...yes, you guessed it! Your keyword phrase.
Maybe this will help someone... It is actually a pretty damn decent tool! Better posted here that gathering dust on my hard drive :p
