How to Find Micro Niches?

I've been seeing this method of finding and sourcing keywords increasing in popularity. Everyone across the internet is popping up to sell these ready-made micro niche sites.

What I've noticed is that they all seem to have similar things in common. For example, they all seem to be:

A 'buyers' niche
They have a domain available with main keyword (com, net, or org)
The keyword receives at least 2000+ exact searches per month on Google
They all have a decent Adwords CPC for the keyword

I've seen people offering them on several forums, including this one. I'm guessing there is a tool that delivers these keywords or some process to easily finding them.

Does anyone know if there is actually a tool? I know you can jump into Market Samurai and search your brains out until you find some, but there is no way that these guys are doing this.

Thanks.

I had already mentioned it in my post so there was no point in them pointing it out as the first reply. lol

I think you guys are missing the point (and question) here... BIG TIME.

If you read my OP, you can see the first obvious thing. What is that you ask?

        I already mention Market Samurai.

Is my question, "How can I breakdown keywords to find good niches?" NO.

My questions was, "Is there actually a tool that automates this?"

I know there are tools that breakdown your keywords. I know there are tools that generate ideas for you.

What I DON'T know is if someone has released a tool yet that puts the processes together and spits out the final verdict automatically.

You guys seriously need to read. lol

      • Write a <TITLE></TITLE> tag for each page that accurately describes that page (no more than about 64 characters).
      • Try to create two new pages every week. If you can't do that, try to do one page each week. At a bare minimum, create a new page each month.
      • As much as possible, your new pages should be unique, interesting, authoritative, and compelling. If you want to rank well for the phrase electric widgets, then make your site the best resource about electric widgets available.
      • Make sure all of your pages are accessible through normal <A HREF> links (i.e., don't use JavaScript or Flash links exclusively).
      • Link to quality relevant sites. After you do so, ask those sites to link to you, but don't make your link to them contingent on whether they link back.
      • Follow standard website design tips and avoid the problems listed on Problem Websites. Your site should be not only attractive, but super-easy to use, and completely free of annoyances.
      • Most importantly, purge your mind of trying to think of ways you can "trick" your way to the top of the results. Do NOT think about the specific nuts and bolts of how a search engine will rank your pages. Instead, build good, quality pages for your visitors, and trust that the rankings will follow.

I actually have to agree with you. I too would like to know how people that sell these MNS are doing it so fast. Surely there's a technique. Well, for me, I just use Brad Callens niche finder. Works good for me. But I still have to do my homework on really checking the competition of the keyword, I'm not that lazy

Hmm...Market Samurai is excellent, but it's a keyword tool as opposed to a niche finder.

i.e. It's easier to use MS if you already have a niche in mind!

There are tools out there that take away the thinking (a little bit, anyway)...

    imeye
    magic niche finder
    nicheshark
    Brad Callens micro niche finder

These tools can help uncover untapped niches with varying levels of compeition. There's probably more...

there is no such a thing that is not involving some thinking... you have to write down ideas you are getting thru the day and test them later with tools... It is hard to find good niche, sometimes all you need is pure luck, other times you have to do seriouse work to find it.
Last time i was searching for two months to find one, but instead i found a bunch of them

Yes they use Market Samurai. Just watch all the Market Samurai training videos and you will see how they do it.
I liked Google Addwords Keyword tool better then Market Samauri personally, for achieving this and finding micro niches. Google will give you a string of keyword searches sometimes 4 and 5 words at a time for an entire phrase. Market Samauri felt like it only gave 1 or 2 word phrases at best, and was not nearly as accurate.

For example I searched for keyword phrases related to market cycles, and you get just about 1000 results with the term "bicycle" in it lol.

Besides google's tool is free. I found multiple keywords with millions of search results and no competition last night, I just need to find a way to spin some articles to monetize the phrases. This was not as easy with market samurai,
