See the difference? So which one is better for the sake of SEO? Thanks

    Exact match domain is always better. With hyphen is a good second option.

      Yea they are both pretty good. Although none of my sites have hyphens, I've seen lots of sites ranking that do have them. Don't stress about it too much.

    Less than 24 characters
    No Dashes

    $php_coding = "consistent cash";

    echo ("Give me" . " " . $php_coding . "!");

    We tested hypen blog domains and non-hypen blog domains - Yahoo! and Bing took longer to "warm up to them".

    However, look at this blog which uses TWO hyphens - didn't hurt this one.

    In time it won't hurt you, but I don't like them, and I don't like the way they look.

    PS - that ain't mine. That's Darren's first blog

    I would go webdesign for sure...if that is taken go with .org or .net....,info's do take longer to reach the top of the search engine...if you can't get webdesign...a good method is to use the google keyword research tool...find a term the is closely matched with your term in volume....perhaps something like wpwebdeisgn or freewebdesign etc

    Without the hyphen is best.

    For SEO purposes, it won't matter. The quality and quantity of your incoming links is what matters.

    For competitive SEO purposes, if another site using the same keywords in the domain name is well established, you'll have a difficult time dethroning it no matter what variation you select. However, if the domain is parked and deindexed, you'll become the established domain provided you do the work.

    For non-SEO branding purposes, typically the non-hyphenated .com is the preferred choice for a business while the non-hyphenated .org is the preferred choice of non-profits. There are exceptions to this, such as when the non-hypenated version produces an unwanted word.

    2nd one without the hyphen is more better if you can get it, if not, go for the 1st one
