Hi,

im looking for a free tool that will show all of the backlinks for each site on the first page of Google. Im hoping there's a way to do this without manually entering each site into a program.

It would be nice if I could just take the url of the first page of Google for the keyword im researching and paste it into something where it displays all of the backlinks for the sites on the first page.

I have the firefox seo tool but a lot of times for backlinks it just gives me a " - " sign. Any tips? Thanks

There are quite a few firefox plugins that show a ton of info

You can also use Chrome and get the seo tool

Just installed SEOquake and it looks great. But the problem is I just loaded up a new site of mine where I built some backlinks to it about 5 days ago. SEOquake says that my site has no backlinks when I have submitted it to digg.com, reddit, blogger and some other places. Why is the tool not accurate?

They will not show up right away, especially not for Google

Traffic Travis is a great one, and it's free. It does what you're asking, and a LOT more.

Google search for firefox plugins of chrome plugins. I don't think there are many for internet explorer though

I thought you had to pay for travis traffic now? Ok so if the backlinks don't show up within 5 days then is this the same with all seo tools? How long do the backlinks usually take to show up?

Im loving this SEOquake though. I never did proper competition research because I didnt use the right tools haha. This makes things soooo much easier.

      Hi,

This is my first post and yes, I am a Newbie. I am looking for something (preferably free) that will tell me which niches are most popular/least competitive/pay most per click. Using adword/keyword tools on google does NOT really do this.... there are thousands of possible topics out there so how do I know which keyword/topic to type in?

I want a tool thattells me which topics/niche areas are the most popular WITHOUT me typing in a keyword first. Does Market Samurai do this, or traffictravis, seoquake or serpattacks?? Hope this distinction is clear.

      Thanks

I use Seo Spyglass, its a desktop program (free) and its very useful,
you can view and analized every single backlink of your site or your competitor´s site.
In the free version you can see 1000 backlinks per site, there is a pay version with no limits.

I forget how I found this, but thought it was pretty good. You can get a basic result for free, but a paid membership will get you more. I am not affiated with them in anyway. It looks like they are out of Germany. Regardless, I was impressed. Type in a search term, displays the top 10 results, AND inbound links AND you can select your targetted geographic area.
