I have JUST submitted an ad group to google adwords and the all say Disapproved beside them. I know good and well that google dont have any staff working at 11:30 on a Sunday night, Are they supposed to say disapproved until a staff member approves them?

Nope. They say "pending review" I think when they're waiting. Are you direct linking to an affiliate offer or anything?

They have people working round the clock. First of all, not every Adwords user is based in the US timezones. Second, can you imagine the MASSIVE amount of ads they'd have to go through on Monday mornings if they didn't work continually?

That said, I've often had ads disapproved within mere minutes. It's usually a copyrighted word in your keyword/ad text, or something's wrong with your URL.

It could be the wording on your landing page. If you are trying to diagnose problem or market a drug as a cure they will disapprove you. I have run into similar things like this before. Best thing would be to call their support line they have now and find out the specifics in your case. you might have to include some marketing legal stuff on your page.

you seem to fall under these guidelines: https://adwords.google.com/support/a...&answer=176031
You could be falling under the "Miracle cures" and "False health claims" sections

BUT I think the problem might be the list of prescription drugs in the ad copy. Since it is usually just a bot that checks the landing page, the drug names may be triggering an automatic disapproval.
    Ask for a manual review.
