It all depends on what is your keyword, while you want to include a keyword at least in the title you still want to look professional so you shouldnt stuff it with keywords.

And for the content its a good idea to have around 2% of your content to be the keyword or around that number, having that keyword as a header or bold would also help but try to make it look natural and bold every instance.

Just throw in your main keyword without making it seem awkward.

Keep your title tag related to your actual page's content. It should seem to be natural.

Do the keywords in the title tag need to be mentioned in the page content or just one of the keywords. For example, if I had three keywords: How to cure acne | Best acne treatments and Get rid of acne, would all those keywords need to be in my article content or just one would do, since there all acne related to acne? Please show me an example of how to do this.

    Hey Terrence,

my title tag looks like this: "SEO Marketing Services | Article Writing Service"

I´m using two keywords that describe the content
on my actual blog, website or page.

However I´d wouldn´t use two many keywords
in the title tag because it will look spammy.

You can use more keywords in your meta tags,
or also for home keywords (all in one SEO).

Using your main keyword is a smart idea, and you can also
    go with something like:

    "The Best SEO Marketing Services"

    Best wishes,

    Gerald

Regarding home page title tags put your keywords there 3 to 4 and make it natural to the visitors. Must be related and specific.

I think two SEO experts should study more. - The description meta tag is important, and appears in the SERP (search engine results pages) - The title tag is important and shows in the SERP (search engine results pages) - Meta tag keyword has a meaning. Google does not take into account, but Google is not the only search engine - The objective is to generate quality traffic to your website, which means to be human. The man looks at the first 10 results and decide which sites to go.

  • Yes, as long as it makes sense when you read it you should be fine. Make sure it doesn't look like you are spamming the keywords.

You should take help from Google Adword Key Tool for long tail key word.

You should not make your title spumy. Just use your main key word with long tail in the title and it's density in the body will be about 2-3%.

You should use your main key word with related keywords in the meta tag.

    Thanks
