Hello Warriors, I need some help. I can't login to my adsense account and when I go through their automated retrieval system it's just a joke.

The first time I tried it I never received the email (in all fairness that could be the fault of my email provider who recently changed their software and now think they are the best judge of what is spam and what is not. Many messages never make it to the junk folder, they just never show up!)

The second time I got a message saying I don't have an account. So I tried to sign up for a brand new account and was denied because I already have an account!

Can anyone give me some advice, preferably how to talk to a real person...if one exists at Google.

    I know this won't help you now, but once you get your account fixed you can add extra email accounts to your Adsense account (Google Account).

    Example, I have 3 e-mails I can use to login to my Google account which also logs into my Adsense.

    This way I have a primary email & two backups that will let me login (gmail, hotmail, yahoo), all emails are the exact same except for the domain names, that makes it easy to remember.
