Can anyone explain this to me?! Google vs. Bing

I've been working on this site for about 2 months... Pretty competitive niche (if that's what you want to call it). As you can see, I'm targeting a couple of different keywords to rank for.

I'm far from done, obviously, but I just don't understand how I'm ranking so much higher in Bing than Google?!?! My keyword density for targeted keywords is optimal - approximately 2.5-4%. I've got the rest of the On-Site SEO crap on lock down: the Meta crap, Title, <h1><h2><h3>, internal linking, anchor text, etc...

I read somewhere though that Google LIKES a higher keyword density... 6-8%. That's practically keyword stuffing IMO.

My backlinks are golden, but like I said I'm still building...

I'm just interested if anyone has any insight, advice, or tips from experience for me!!!

THANKS & CHEERS!

***edit: I used Auto Hide IP to search the SERPs for my terms too to confirm rank.

    Hey Scott
I do not believe keyword density plays any part in today's search engine ranking algorithms. Definitely, there is a much better chance of ranking higher on Bing for rich on page content than Google. So your on page optimization must be spot on.

Also, domain maturity is not as important in Bing and Yahoo as it is in Google.

If you have backlinks from a diverse set of domains, then that also helps ranking better on all the three engines.

There are minor variations in the algos but IMHO quality content is a winner on all.

Thanks for the input. The problem with the internet... You read all kinds of different crap and don't know up from down LOL!

I was doing some searches to see what I could find on the web relating to building for Bing (Bing SEO) and Google comparisons, and read several times that Bing ranks MATURE domains - So to rank in Bing you have to have a seasoned, older site... Which I'm thinking to myself as I read this "that's the dumbest sh*t I've ever heard... B/c my site disproves it." I can be an a$$hole though so I was harder on the articles than I should have been!! :p

Like I said in my OP, the competition is tough... I've built and fought to get where I am... But I'm not getting there in Google! LOL!

      THANKS!

The only thing I can think of is that there are more people competing on Google for your keywords than on Bing. Hence it is going to take a bit more work to jump ahead on Google. The good news is, that once you start mving up in Google, you could be ranking higher in Bing, and will have 2 of the big 3 working in your favour.

For all these top 3 search engines, Google, Yahoo and Bing have their different rules in SEO.
