Can I promote 2 keywords on the same link?

Hey guys,
Want to promote 2 keywords to my site on the same link, is it possible?
Say I target keyword X and keyword Y to my site, OK?

Can I write something like: X & Y - Description

Let X & Y be a link to my site.

Will Google (and other search engines) know that X and Y are separate words to promote?

If someone searches only X phrase or only Y phrase, will my site show? Be promoted for these separated phrases?

Hope you got my example, if not I'll use words.

Thank you!

i think you can do this.

I have two keywords, Car LED and LED bulbs so I just put it as Car LED bulbs and works in a single link.

    Car LED bulbs

I note that although you have two phrases you have one common word.

Do you have to put the words in a particular manner and can it only be done provided you have one common word?

You can write it like this: To find the latest secrets on dog training and dog crate training, read my daily blog.

      Thank guys,

Matt - the way you suggested is great but it's how I promote them in article directories.

The way I asked is the way I promote it through link exchange....so it's possible ah? That's great news that Google know the difference.

It's like this for example: Orange Juice & Apples

And this will be the link to my site. So you're saying Google will show my site (SEO work, I know....let's say it's all done already) if people search "orange juice" separately and "apples" separately?

      Thanks...

So I write as "Outsourced software product development company"

It doesn't matter if it's a single word or two words joined together. You can give both those words.

it is the art of keyword mapping to different pages. you must be care full to promote same link for two keywords. you should choose keywords per phrase match so link building for one keyword also improve link building for second one.. CHeck my signature you will get idea what I am trying to say.
