Rewrite posts for my sub niche

I have set up a wordpress blog on my own url where I sell amazon products as an affiliate. So those products goes under a main niche.
Now I'm about to set up another blog and this is a sub niche to the main niche. So I realize I can reuse some of the posts from the main niche in the sub niche. So basicaly, I just need to cut and paste.
But now I wonder, should I rewrite my own posts that will be displayed in my sub niche? Will the search engines dislike two post with the exact same content?
