    Yes, this is actually a great onpage SEO technique that many people use.

    Matt Carter (SEO Guru) swears by this quick and easy tip.

    Simply create a hyperlink in the body of your text that contains the keyword of that page linking to itself.

    Pretty pointless, but works for SEO.

    I do this on most of my blogs.

    Most large sites also do this, it's called breadcrumb trail.
