how to energize the backlinks ?? Can u suggest some best ways plzzz

I read a lot about energizing the backlinks. People will create lots and lots of backlinks and most of them wont get index in google.So they are not at all useful. So i heard they will energize the Backlinks by using
1.Plugins like Backlink energizer etc
2. Pinging them using mass ping like Pingdevice.com
3. Creating tier 2 tier 3 backlinks using Xrumer and all

Which is the best way??? have you ever tried these ways ?? if yes tell me which one is the most successful one .. Xrummer blasts is costly i heard.. Which method u r following??? Lets discuss about this... Any cheaper ways of energizing the backlinks????

  I've actually had really good results with xrummer blasts pointing to my backlinks...
  
  It works wonders on sites like article directories and web 2.0 properties...
  
  There's of course lots of other ways, why not use more than one...
  
  Oh how I love automation!!!
  
  Actually I just remembered xrummer blasts can be done for under $10 on warrior forum...

  yah but xrumer blasts will be done for one or two urls only na . Suppose if we have 100 backlinks which we want to energize then it is very costly na .

  I use backlink booster, it is a lot cheaper and along with his link magnets here (http://www.warriorforum.com/warrior-...mpetitors.html) you can really get some juices flowing that will raise your keywords up to the top and stay there.

  I have not had any problems with it that are not easily fixed, the support is good and they do have an actual hired support staff that monitors the tickets and gets the help needed.
  
  I have many of Sean Donahoe courses and make a nice living each month from adding them to my blogs. None of these links are affiliate, I don't need to do that. I do hope the tips help out.

  The question seems to assume that your backlinks are sort of weak to being with (thus the need to give them some "oomph"). While I'm not saying that you don't want those easy links in your portfolio, it would also be a good idea to spend some time on methods that target relevant high PR backlinks, since you can be confident that Google will index those.

  Look into Drip Feed Blasts, and the cheaper alternatives in the WSO forum.
  
  Don and Jeremy are offering a WSO which gives you 2000 backlinks each day I believe for a monthly subscription. Very affordable, and you can point it to any url you want....

  Why not just create a few extra pages of the links and where they are on your server. Then go over and create an rss feed of the html of those pages and send them out to a number of rss directories. Done problem solved. It is the long about way to do it with out automation tools. However it does work and it does help.
  
  You can also just plug your links into a site like linklisous and then take the feed it creates and submit that to the various rss directories. Linklisous is free and you can add up to 2500 links a day. However the free version will only submit and create one feed of 40 links every 12 hours. It does self ping the feeds after it creates them but it still helps to send them out to the rss direcories as well.
  
  It may take a little bit of time to do this every day but once again it is well worth it in the long run. I recently found out about link linklisious. Which really sucks cause I have been doing it the first way for some time. Now I can just take all the links I save up through out the day from a notepad I keep open just for that. At the end of the day I submit a few hundred or thousand links to linklisious. It is almost an automated process not 100% but it is close enough.

  Backink energizer was very cheap, and once setup, it easily gets hundreds or thousands of links noticed.

  I used Tom's backlink booster to help me energize the backlinks and so far so good. Or you can try the free imautomator but it has a limit to submit 15 links per day only if I am not wrong...
