Are you getting any impressions? Hover over the keyword "message bubble" and it will tell you why.

My initial take is your bid is too low.

Sounds like you are new to the PPC game, hit me up on Twitter if you have any more questions!

Can you show your blog url. Have you are updating your blog daily to increase the number of visitors to your blog. Also you have to wait patiently to gain in Google adsense. Google has its separate team for google adsense and you will be watching when friends of you just click for a seconds in the ads.

All that i can say is you need to be patient.

For ads on the display network, it took me a week for my ads to display after approval. Mine was in alternative treatment niche and it promoted natural treatments free of drugs. It can be that your niche is referencing one of the banned products (like alcohol, drugs etc - just an example). In that case, it takes longer for manual approval as the automated system has flagged it.

Where does that 10 cents get you? Remember, on the display
network there are at most maybe 14 slots. You have people
with a higher QS who may get a slot ahead of yours no matter
what you bid. The display network is cheaper, but that's a dang
low bid for a new user. Two campaigns is also a low number
for a new user. You need to be spending cash and testing.

Adwords is a pay-per-click (PPC) advertising model. Advertisers essentially bid on the keywords they want their ads to show when people use those keywords in search engines, Google in this case.

Ads are ranked based on the basic formula of bid times ad quality. Quality is measured primarily from the click rate that ad achieves. Why not rank based just on bids? Because anyone could outbid others to get the top spots, regardless of ad quality. The quality portion was introduced to put all advertisers on the same playing field. In fact, higher quality ads can outrank higher bids AND higher quality ads earn more revenues for the search engines. So it's a win for the SEs, a win for the users and a win for the advertiser.

    Those are the basics.

With ad sense you need to make sure that your url address, title, description and landing page all match up to your ad. The less relevancy of your ad, the more you will need to pay per click for the position. For the meantime I would raise your max CPC and check whether there are any competitors who share the same keywords as yours
