SEO and Reports for Clients?

I'm considering setting up a local SEO company for local businesses. What I would like to know is does any software exist that allows me to provide clients with monthly reports?

I know of a company that does this, a friend runs it, but he won't discuss anything with me in fear of creating competition.

Just create spread sheets. Then give them a montly spreadheet of the services you did. You should be able to make jsut one spread sheet for all of them.

I'm looking for something a little more professional. My clients would be subscribed for a year and I would like to provide them with monthly, in depth, analytics on their SEO campaign.

I'm mainly looking for a piece of software that can provide SERP reports, traffic reports and activity reports all in one.

I've found Rank Tracker, not sure if it does what I need but I'm getting closer to finding the type of software I need.

If anyone uses similar software feel free to promote. Aff. links welcomed.

I use the free version of Traffic Travis but I'm pretty sure the paid version will do what you are looking for.

That looks awesome. I was reading through the pro. version sales page and it seems to do everything I am looking for.

Internet Business Promoter is another SEO reporting tool, it's probably a bit more indepth and covers a lot of things that Traffic Travis may overlook. But of course it does cost quite a bit more.

Like anything else, there are fundamental tools you should have, and things you can do to just get by. For the most part, you can still start off small and gradually upgrade your equipment, labor and software down the line.

The biggest thing is you should have a SOLID SEO foundation, I can't stress this enough... Our companies runs across at lest 2-3 hack jobs a week that end up hurting their x clients more then they helped them.
