Keyword Scrape Your Website...Is There Such A Service?

Ok, I have 2-3 money sites that I run. I have what I belive to be the top 5-10 keywords for each site. Now I may be missing some that I should try and rank for so im wondering if there is an automated service that will do the following...
Run through my website and tell me the KEYWORDS I should be ranking for. Have it list the keywords with exact match # from google. It should be able to scan the pages from my site and tell me based on the niche and words already on the site what I should rank for to help pull in traffic based on those keywords.
Im not sure if it can be done OR if someone does this manually. You should really know already what keywords your site is based around but then again a little help never hurt anyone.
Do you guys know of any such service as described?
