You can't. All you can do is wait until it gets out again.

LOL! If I was in the mythical sandbox, I'd get a shovel and start removing some
sand. Do something. Like good things that matter.

A nice article about "what is google sandbox" is here: What is Google's Sandbox

One of my sites was in Google's Sandbox.....

I deleted all the meta data stuff (keywords and description) and put only my keyword (which has a very little competition) on the meta title.

Then I submitted content day by day and some original articles.
After a little time (about a month) I put a couple of keywords on my meta keywords.

After a coupe of months it was fine and now it is ranking well for my keywords.

        Hope it helps.

You don't need to read anybody's continuing myth about the sandbox.
Just read the FAQ above this part of the forum. That's why it's there:

          What's the sandbox?

The disappointment webmasters feel when Google's stupid algorithms don't appreciate their site. It can't be them so it must be Google's fault.
I don't understand why people think they should just fly above and stay
in front of the other sites, as if the other sites are "just there."

If you think your site is in the "sandbox," then what does that say about
the site below yours, it's double-sandboxed?

Or the site just above yours. It's only a little in the sandbox?

Sandboxing means a penalty, that google is actively burying your site. They
are not. It's entirely up to you and your competition. When google does
take action, they de-index. Big difference.

SERPs have nothing to do with adsense. All that matters is if you are breaking
adsense TOS. And breaking adsense TOS has nothing to do with SERPs.

How do you know your site is in the "sandbox"?

      What makes you think this?

      Hi warrich,

You are just not getting it. Since the so called "Google Sandbox" only exists in your mind, Google has no idea that you are in it. Therefore it cannot have any impact on your AdSense status.

Now if you do something foolish, as a reaction to this condition that only exists within your imagination, then you could end up jeopardizing your account. Just stick to solid SEO and promotional efforts and you'll be fine.

Focus on attracting targeted traffic and help your advertisers get sales and you let those "sandbox" theories fade away.

Move the domain to a host where you already have "trusted" domains that Google has been dancing with for awhile. That, or just wait it out.

    Google judges servers and C-blocks.

      LOL, Good one!

I guess saying a prayer couldn't hurt your chances of escaping the oppression of the sandbox curse.

I promise to put no other search engine before you, for you are the one true Google.
      Release me! oh Great Google!

There are some penalties for sites or sometimes its like your site move high in ranking for a temporary period and then after some days it came back to normal position. People consider it as sandbox, I think its not sandbox, actually that's your site actual position in Google eye. Google use to appreciate new sites and bring them in higher rankings but its temporary.

Google has a rule which changes every 2 to 3 months and sites which do not keep their sites updated with the changes in Google’s algorithm; your site is slowly removed from Google.

I heard somewhere that all of the SEO strategies are pointless, because if you do everything the right way and just focus on building a really good site, the engines will rank you up because their algorithms are set up to locate quality sites and give them good rankings... and also to locate sites using SEO tricks and give them bad rankings. Google especially is always tweaking their algorithm in order to make sure people can't "cheat" to get better rankings, so using SEO tactics might only temporarily get you rankings until Google switches things up.

I am new to SEO, I was just curious on thoughts surrounding this?

No sites ever get out of the dreaded sandbox, it's like quicksand only worse. It's like a vortex ripping a hole in virtual space, that site will be lucky to ever survive the dreaded sandbox!

I pity any site that ever enters the dreaded sandbox!

    RIP

      Hi yukon,

Your comment made me think of this:

For the true believers of the Google Sandbox I offer the following SEO prayer:

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of de-indexing, I will fear no evil sandbox : For Google art with me; Thy Analytics and thy Webmaster Tools, they comfort me.

      Thou preparest a ranking before me in the presence of mine competitors;
Thou annointest my website with traffic; My hits runneth over.

Surely googleness and mercy shall index me all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the SERP of the Google index forever.

Send a reconsideration request to Google. Also remove bad links, duplicate content, black hat SEO from your website, if you have used any.
