Somewhat off-topic, but is anyone else as fed up with IXWebHosting as I am?

When I started out I got a recommendation from someone here to use them for hosting and now I definitely wish I hadn't. I use HostGator for my new sites now but still have some important old ones with IX and I just get so frustrated every single day. Just wanted to vent a little...

    May I ask what the frustrations are all about so I can avoid my mistake (before signing up for ixwebhosting's pro plan).
