Hi all,

Do any of you know where I could find old domain names to purchase for niches in which I am interested? I am looking for old domain names that have Page Rank. Please share some thoughts.

Old domains by themselves would have no pagerank.

They have to be still active and indexed. It's an iffy
proposition to think you can get it back if they are not
there anymore.

flippa.com is a good place to start, ebay another.

Flippa has prices for all budgets.

The problem with what you are looking for is that they are going to be expensive. It's pretty rare to find a good one for cheap these days.

  I think Is an alternative to keep the old? That may be the best option at least for a periode.
  
  If you have control of the Name servers, you can find a new hoster, upload the old and new code to them let the old name servers point to the new domain and then redirect that to the new domain.
  
  I would prefer to keep the old domain, at least for a periode.

flippa.com - look for domains that are coming up for renewal and purchase them, you may get some comments from the actual company who runs their site off it, but they had their chance to renew, the site will have history already with google, so definitely buy current sites not old ones
